Biography Nicholas Scott - English Identity

Hello, my name is Nicholas Scott. I am a PhD candidate at King’s College London (KCL). I am located in the Department of Political Economy at KCL’s Strand Campus in central London. I am a Canadian-born dual citizen of Canada and the United Kingdom; my father is English and my mother is Scottish. My parentage and family heritage, academic background in political science, and personal experiences of living in the UK and in continental Europe, have led me to develop a keen interest in British and European politics. It is because of these factors that I am undertaking this research project. My academic supervisors are two esteemed professors from KCL: Professor Adam Fagan and Dr. Russell Foster.
